How to use the find/replace feature with multiple documents at once?

Ok I have a website and I need to add this php include code at the top of all the pages, and I have dozens of pages, so I was wondering if there was a program where you tell it to find a line of code and replace it with something else, but do this on multiple pages at once, with no help from the user.

Use the windows search utility, it will let you find the doks that have a keyword. Then you have to go in and search in each dok individually. There may be a better way.
