on my computer it wont let me move the bottom bar on the screen down like i can on my other computer how can i fix that

try right clicking on the bar and selecting "Lock the Taskbar"

You can right click on it and if "lock the taskbar" is checked then click to uncheck it. You can also set an option that autohides it when you are not using it. To do this:
Right click on the start menu
Click properties
Click the taskbar tab
Then click autohide the taskbar

There you go, great for viewing pr0n.. lol

You mean the taskbar? Well, right-click on a blank spot on it, then click properties. Next, select the check box that says auto-hide.

The toolbars is locked in place. Right click on an empty section, and you get the drop-down box. Just unlock it.

RIght click on the taskbar and uncheck "lock taskbar".

If you would like it to hide...you can right click it and go to properties and checking auto-hide the taskbar.

rt. click on it, then select "lock toolbar" - it will remove the check next to it
