I REALLY love Mariah Carey and i LOVE her singing voice and how she can reach real high notes and i REALLY want to sing like her and how can i sing like her? BESIDES GOING TO A SINGING COACH.

OK, first of all, your range is what it is, based on your anatomy. BUT! You probably don't use your natural range to it's full extent unless you know how to adjust the vowels as you go up.
Personally, I think Mariah Carey stinks, which is why she lost her voice and needs all of that recording technology to make her sound descent. However, if you want to see how high you can go, vocalize up the scale on "ahhh" vowel, and as you get higher, adjust it to a pure "aeh" vowel, as in the first sound in the word "apple". Be sure to mix just a touch of "ee" into the "apple" vowel, and keep your mouth open wide as you get really high. This is the secret that the pros use to sing the really high notes.
NOTE: Be careful. If you push too much to go higher than you can possibly go, you will risk vocal damage. Always sing the "apple" vowel on the highest notes, as this will bring your cords in the perfect configuration

Singing teachers will cost money and can be expensive so they're not for everyone. Singing can be learned so it's not an "either you have it or you don't" kind of thing.
Whether you sound like crap or you're decent, I recommend this singing course. It's one of the best methods to learn to sing well in a short amount of time. It's all about using efficient techniques that work.

Her voice is somewhat of a natural talent, some people just can't hit the notes she does, she supposedly can sing in more than the average octaves...which is quite a talent. However instead of placing insurance on her vocal chords, she placed them on her thunder thighs. Singing coaches won't help, you have to be capable of hitting notes like she does.

The only way you sing like her is if you be her. If you started your own style of singing and not sound the same as other artists you might be famous one day

maybe if you do some voice exercises, like going up and down the scale, and while you are singing breath through your diaphram, it makes your notes sound fuller

You don't have to sing like a superstar. Each singer has his or her own style of singing.
