Every time a tell tale employee runs to the boss it shows an incompetence, on the part of the complaining employee, to handle their own affairs. Bosses don't like complaints because they have to look into them. If the complaint is justified the boss has to take action. If the complaint is not justified then the tell tale employee has to take the blame.Too many unjustified complaints puts the tell tale's job in jeopardy. Communication at the workplace is necessary but try to handle the complaint yourself before going to the management.

Because they are clueless as far as what their people do so they get all there info from the backstabber.

good point, a few jobs i had, i would witness a guy snitch and be promoted for theyr actions, i dont get it, dont care to either ive always succeeded through being knowledgeable hard working and reliable
