I am just having a really hard time with things in my life and I am seeking other peoples opinions.

depends on the stress really.. find something that makes u happy be it a walk at night or watching movies or something that completely takes ur mind off the stressers... talk to a friend or a psychologist if it is really bad.. sometimes talking about it helps.. sometimes a shoulder to cry on or vent to is the best form of stress relief.. i found that some of the dumbest things like coloring a picture or writting a poem or something like that helps too but again it all depends on the stress

I stress too. The best way to ease stress and cope with stress is to just relax, and take deep breaths. Forget about what you are stressing over, if you know. Tell yourself. Stop stressing, stop stressing. Go for a walk and do some exercise. This will make stress alot easier so you can cope.

It depends on the stress, I guess. Sometimes playing games helps...or just going for a walk at night. : )
