Broadway is just off Times Square. You can probably walk from where you are.

I know that it helps to live in these states where most of the casting calls are which are: Orlando, Florida , New York City, Los Angeles, California. I would also recommend having an agent to start off with because if you are not in one of these states they can help you find out whats the next auditions. You also have to get headshots & it's just a long process, unless you are one of the lucky people who auditioned with no experience, no agent, and they loved you. (which is a slim chance, nothing personal, it's just the odds of this happening are slim) My brother is a casting agent for Disney & he said they are always looking for an outgoing, funny yet acts own age, and versatile type of kids to go on Disney. As for broadway, I think it's much harder because they like to see kids with singing experience/acting experience/dance experience. Unless, like I said before, it's a natural thing & they see something in you. Well GOOD LUCK to you & your endeavors! :)

Listen to your local radio, I recently heard an advertisement in my area. For Broadway you have to audition, but I'm not really an expert on that you would have to talk to someone at the theater.

You need a top of the line agent who has the inside track on auditions and all things show biz related.
