I was told that exercise can help period cramps but how does that work?

It pushes the metabolism up, which pushes the chemicals in your brain up, which pushes your emotions up, which pushes your natural painkillers up. All in all, you feel a LOT better. Our ancestors exercised daily, for survival. Now we do not need to exercise to survive, so women every where suffer each month.Our bodies EXPECT hard and difficult exercise. We give them machines you sit on and VIBRATE exercise yourself.

Give me a break!!

My commonplace practitioner mentioned to start taking aleve or ibroprofen like a 2 or 3 days in the previous. do not drink too many sugary or acidy beverages. shrink salt intake, and do sit down down united statesearlier your cycle starts off. yet loosen up and take aleve and placed on comfortable clothing loosen up. i'm hoping I helped

yes..
because you're increasing the blood flow (circulation) in your body.. so does a lower back rub.. this stimulates the area's blood flow and causes the pain to subside...
