They are the same every year because I can never keep them. Stop eating things that are not good for me, exercise regularly, stop watching so much TV, read the bible more, stop using my credit cards. I am so lazy...may God help me in 2007 make some headway on these!

eat better, train harder for basketball and soccer, become better Christian
