Get a heating pad and take some tylenol.. It should help getting rid of the cramps.. Maybe try drinking some warm milk, it might help it...
Also ask Jesus to heal you ...

Heating pad, young living essential oils has a natural blend called Dragontime that is great for cramps. Ibuprofen works well as does Midol and Pamprin.

Gosh I know I was dealing with this yesterday. I put a pillow down then a heating pad which I laid on for about a half hour which seemed to alleviate the pain. Hope it helps. Also drink lots of water!!!

I know it hurts, but the best thing to do is exercise. Someone told me it helps so I tried and it did. It's hard not to just lie down and curl up in a ball but this should help. Sorry if I couldn't help:)

a good thing that can help is laying down with a hott water bottel and take some advile it realy helps i have heard and i tried it and it helpa
