Dress tomboy, but paint your nails red or pink, wear girly earrings, and wear a cute tote bag or messenger bag, and wear a little mascara and chapstick. That's what I do.

One of the trends for Spring 2007 is "ambiguous", so you're going to be seeing a lot of styles that are somewhat boyish yet girly too. You can get a lot of inspiration from that, and you don't have to wait to see these styles because they're gracing the pages of fashion magazines right now and runway pictures are available online too. Check the websites for Glamour, InStyle, Elle, W, and any other women's fashion magazine. Also, About.com's style section features runway photos as well as how to play the current trends, creating your own style, and more in case you need more assistance.
Personally, I think you could try mixing the two. Wear jeans with a more relaxed fit (maybe even cargos) and pair them with a feminine top and cute hair and accessories. You could also try wearing what you do currently and just updating it with fun jewelry and other accessories, or a more feminine shoe. I don't know your current style, so it's hard to give advice but I hope this helps.

hopefully, I'm not wrongfully assuming that you're looking for fashion advice. however, if you want to know what to do if you have urges to "cross dress" that you aren't comfortable with, talk to an adult that you trust (teacher, minister, counselor)they can lead you to a professional who can help you on the quest to accept yourself.
but if it's fashion you're after:
mixing tomboy with girlie is a really hot look right now-you can wear, for instance, a man tailored pair of trousers with sexy heels, and a low-cut tuxedo shirt with a bit of frill at the wrist and neckline. or boyish cargo pants also look great with heels, colorful wedgies, or pointy toed boots. or if you want your outfit to be completely boyish, fem it up with the hair: wear a really curly/wavy style, and accent it with noticeable earrings, bracelets and rings. perfume completes the whole gender/bender look. or if you're wearing a dress that's especially feminine, why not pair it with a pair of really sporty sneakers and a newsboy cap? color can also be used to indicate gender, so imagine how much ground you'd cover in a totally boyed-out ensemble, in hot pink! good luck to you.

If you want to dress more boylike but want that feminine edge, I suggest that you dress in the newsboy style or maybe even the women's tuxedo style. However, you make your outfit a bit girlier by adding subtle feminine-specific accents such as heels, a touch of jewelry, or even the way you do your hair.
