Lexmark are sturdy adequate printers, I extremely have owned 2, yet to maintain up with determining to purchase the ink you will possibly desire to remortgage your place! I as quickly as used my Lexmark to print out leaflets that had purely black textual content cloth on them - it printer 80 sheets and that i had to purchase yet another cartridge at a cost of roughly £20. There used to by technique of a asserting that got here approximately by technique of keep that did not provide unfastened service bags away to their consumers whilst different shops did. there is not any such element as a unfastened service bag -IE the keep gets the money lower back by technique of alternative hidden means from you so which you're actually not straight away determining to purchase that service bag and you will not straight away pay a severe fee for that printer. there is not any such element a low-priced printer, its a gimmick to get you to purchase that variety and then they get their money lower back by technique of advertising their ink at ridiculous expenses!

They work fine, however, I suggest you research how much the ink cartridges cost & how many pages they print.

You won't pay much now .... but you will be paying a lot more to keep using it..... that's how they get you.

If you use it mostly for scanning & faxes (little or no printing)...then go for it.

We bought it. It was cheaper than replacing the ink cartridges in our old printer. We don't use it for much, it is our business computer. It prints reports and business cards just fine, haven't tried to print pictures or anything but we are happy with it.
