How do guys assume that some girls are good in bed and others are not after seeing a girl for the first time without even talking to her?

Body language.
Reserved people are likely to be more shy and not communicate what they want/need sexually.
More open people generally know what they want.
Its a generalization, not an exact science...but admittedly its something guys do.

I don't think that is logical guessing, just a little fantasy. They probably hope the girls are good in bed. Men are visual creatures.

Actually, I think what we're assuming is whether or not we'd like to be in bed with them. I think it's a fine distinction. Sexual prowess is subjective.
