When I created my account, I accidently put in the wrong birthday, and I couldn't click back. So I thought okay, the year is right.. So I guess its okay. Then later on, I have to put in my birthday! I don't remember what my birthday I put in there was! Help me!

I can't create a another account! I created four other accounts and that's because of I don't remember the password or username!! So this account is the only one with the password or username, I remember!

Well theres a problem, the only solution is can give you is...create another account or try and get them to email the information to you.

Yeah the best thing to do is just create another account. It's much easier, and I don't think that the neopets team can email your birthday because your supposed to know it.

i'm having the comparable subject suitable now and so is somebody else. unsure what's happening. Logged out to bypass to an component and now can no longer log into any account or perhaps make a clean account. i'm guessing neo is having issues.
