Well it depends where the sword contacts your body. If it were to slice off your arm or stab your side then I think it would hurt more then pain from the heart. But if the sword were to cut off your head then you wouldn't be alive long enough to feel the pain. Also it your arm was cut off then maybe you would be in shock and you wouldn't feel the pain because of that. Then again I have never felt pain from the sword. I know pain from the heart hurts a lot though.

Yes. A pained heart won't kill you, or, if it does, it'll do it slowly, so you have to live with it. A sword run you through is painful for a few moments, but then you're dead. Unless, of course your enemy is merciless and cleverly found just the right spot where you are wounded, in pain, but not about to die, and have no way of ending your misery because you can't move.
And then there's the possibility that said merciless enemy has captured you and made you witness the murder of a loved one. Then the pain is of the heart and the sword. (assuming said enemy committed said murder with a sword)
PS. I am a fantasy reader/writer, not suicidal.

ya a pain from a sword ownly hurt for a short amount of time but i pain from the heart last longer then a pain from a sword because a breaken heat last for a long time pain from a heat make people hurt them selfs so they can forget the pain from there heart but most of the time it does work until they kill thn selfs then what we kow of the pain from the heart is gone but no one that unless u die with a brooken heart
so i think yes a broken heart is more painful then a sword

I would say so. From experience, it's a hard thing to deal with when your heart's been broken, and no medicine at all could remedy that kind of pain like it would a sword wound.
