It depends- I know my little town should be covered in snow, but it's not. The weatherman (haha) said it is due to the jetstream or something. But if you get cold inside, or outside, I don't think it's such a bad idea to buy some new sweaters and jackets. You never know. ;-)

~~~ Its only January,,,,,and if your buying sewaters and coats,,you probably live in cold country,,,,remember you still have February and early March to go threw,,,,,,,Im sure you will have cold by then.......if not,,,you can always use them for next year,,,,,can never have to many snuggly sweaters,,,,,,

i feel ya..im in nc and it still has not snowed at all!! and i asked everyone to get me winter clothes.....so...i have a new stash and havent wore none of them yet...its not a bad idea to have them tho ... the weather is just crazy so u never really know ... :)
