I like Sophia better, there are way too many Emilys, Emmas, and Emmalynes around here, all with the nickname "Emmie". Sophia sounds a bit more sophisticated than Emma, Emma sounds too country-ish.
However, I also know what it's like to like a name that is popular and that everyone you run the idea past will say you shouldn't use it. I say use whatever name you like, whether it's popular or not, and whether other people like it or not. Pick what you like, and what you want for your child, not what anyone else thinks is best. This is your child, no one else's. If you absolutely love the name Emma Camille, go for it! There's nothing wrong with it. And besides, that's how a popular name becomes popular in the first place! It's gotta be used!

I like Emma Camille better. It makes me think of a happy and pretty little girl, while Sophia reminds me of old Italian ladies for some reason. I would go with Emma.

Sophia Marie is less trendy and just as pretty. Though you should go with Emma Camille if you like that better otherwise you will regret it.
I see that someone suggested Emma Marie but don't consider that because if you say it fast enough it sounds like "A Mammory". No good!

I like the name Emma Camille, I also like Sophia Marie but really who cares what others think. I mean look at all the different names out there, obviously some people do not care at all what others think. Name her what you like.

I don't like the name Camille, but I like the name Emma. Try Emma Sophia, which sounds cute.
Besides, who cares what everyone else thinks? If you like the name, then go for it, girl!

A lesson I learned: DON'T TELL PEOPLE WHAT YOU ARE GOING TO NAME YOUR BABY UNTIL THE BABY IS NAMED!
You are the mother so YOU should decide the name. I like the names YOU picked out fine. Don't name the baby Sophia because there are too many babies being named that lately. It is too popular. Actually, I think, Camille is a beautiful first name, but whatever YOU pick you have the right to do so. Remember YOU are the mother; don't let anyone bully you into naming the child anything, but what you want to name the child.
