1. You can only play the damn thing for 30 minutes.
2. There's only one decent game for it (and its been out for almost a year).
3. There's a power button on the controller. Bad because
a.Controllers end up on the floor.
b. Random button mashers.
4. You have to buy a hard drive to play old games on it.
5. You have pay extra to play online.
