If they have to be breathing it's not written that way. and I don't think it's disrespectful he goes every where with me just as before. So if it's just breathing then a dog is a living thing? The laws are in writting and this will be my fight!

Nice try, but he is not going to work now is he?A guy driving a hearse cannot get that break either as the passenger is not in a rush. Or the dog catcher.
The writing on the road is not the full text as what is in the paper version...and the paper version is what they will refer to.
