OK, so in the last few minutes you have asked so many questions and they all have to do with the correlation between what you look like and how others will treat you. You can not dye your hair black to make you smarter. Your hair is a collection of dead cells that grow from your scalp, the color has been determined by your DNA much like your IQ. Your hair has nothing to do with your intelligence at all and therefore dying your hair will make no difference.
P.S. Blonds aren't all stupid. I'm blond and I make honors every year in school.

black is such a beautiful color... if you dye your hair black, make sure your eyebrows get dyed too or it will look retarded. but you dont need to dye your hair any color!! blonde is a color that so many people are trying to get. take advantage or that. and dont give in to the jokes and insults someone else throws at you, thats letting them win. proove them wrong and dont dye your hair
