Hey Foggy, I'm the same way.

But I realized, depending on the subject, the majority of the people communicating on Yahoo are under 20. Unfortunately, many of them seem to live only to yank participants chains. You learn which inane questions to ignore.

If you scan some the other, more serious subjects, you'll discover some very sophisticated questions and answers.
Thank goodness, SOME of the kids have the guts to ask difficult questions and give reasonably intelligent answers.

Well it's the internet and as such we open ourselves to all sorts of questions both silly and serious.

Age, sex, and race are all key factors when asking/answering questions. Along with those comes experiences and personalities that differ from person to person. You being old could be a blessing to one question or a curse to the next. It all depends on what the person is looking for in an answer.

Who am I? Who are they? Who are we? Meh....trival at best but depending on who is asking the question it could mean a world of difference. One thing is certain though. Common sense isn't as common as it implies and is generally the basic root to all questions and answers when applied.

If you think you are too old to offer a solution, you are. I don't think this is a random sample of people because it does seem like there are lots of younger people asking some pretty good questions. Offer the experience of your years.
