What if the web site is no longer available and you have been searching for it.?

Well, if you are google searching it, I believe there is something called a query processor that has a website listed based on different topics. If a website suddenly isn't available, a search engine's crawler will remove the website from the database, so it will not pop-up in a search anymore.

then the person who created it has to pay for it or its unaccessable to view at this point.
