In the song "To the End" by My Chemical Romance, what does he mean he says "If you ever say never too late, I'll forget all the diamonds you ate, lost in coma and covered with cake, increase the medication, share the vows at the wake"? What specifically does he mean by the part about eating diamonds? Is 'diamond' a slang term for some kind of drug or is it just a really weird lyric?

I would say a weird lyric. Maybe it means all of the money I wasted on you. `Cause diamonds are not cheap.
Hope this helps!!!
