I've had a couple fairly involved conversations with wrong numbers.

Depends on whether it was a platonic "I love you" or a romantic "I love you."
If the former, I say, I love you too, sister, happy new year, we got room for one more, join the party
If the latter, I'd say, gee, I'm flattered, but I'm strictly dickly unless, you're madonna or angelina jolie. I'd still invite ya to join the party, though.

But I could of sworn that these questions are two lines in a song...

I'd tell you 'Thank You' even though you don't know me and that these are the 'wrong numbers' that I like to answer when the phone rings. Good Day!

Not at all. I'd be touched and flattered.
But I would wonder how you got my number and what motivated you to call.

Since I don't know you, I'd assume you either dialed wrong or were trying to sell me something.
