Both of them have meaning. And both of them are right.

1.Geez-an ancient language formerly spoken in Ethiopia and still the liturgical language in the Ethiopian Christian Church

2.Jeez-used to express surprise, enthusiasm, or annoyance

Since that's a softened up way of appealing to Jesus (the Christian religious figure), Jeez would be more appropriate. But I seriously doubt anybody would call you on it.

It is recognized as slang, so I think either spelling will pass.
