How do you get into the CIA? Some things about CIA?

Actually, the CIA is falling behind in their recruitment and need some people. To actually get into the CIA, you have to be intelligent, and quick to think on you feet.
If you just go the CIA website (I only found it last year, odd that one of the most secret and professional intelligence agency has a website) there are requirements and information for you if you have any interest to join.
But the usual thing they say is that the more things you know to do, the better chances you get to get in. Meaning, people skills, analyst skills, writing skills (to fill in reports clearly and straight forward), and languages are a plus. The more languages you know fluently, the better. Some languages they are looking for are Mandarin and Farsi (I wonder why, haha) though there are a larger spectrum of languages they want and need (probably every single one on Earth).
Anyways, most people think that everyone in the CIA are all cloaks and daggers, it's the very opposite. Though most actions and information are classified, people in the CIA now are regular people with a large spectrum in their education to work in the intelligence career for the United States.
What I'm trying to do is study for an analytical position, mostly because I'm good at it but I don't think I know much still. Also studying french (though I don't like my teacher that much) and can speak (can't read or write) at least two dialects of Chinese. Though I am very unqualified right now since I'm still in high school. (ahaha, I would do a smilie face but that's unprofessional).

Eh is braindead and has done nothing other than regurgitated what he found on the CIA's web site, which is nothing less than a bunch of smoke and mirrors.
BOTH the CIA and NSA recruit by tapping you directly, and NO OTHER WAY.
Now there's companies like Booze Allen which claim they recruit for those agencies. That's a lot of smoke and mirrors to.
NEVER does the CIA and NSA recruit by the methods posted on the internet. What they present on the web is nothing more than a game of give and take for society's insight into tools and technological direction they MIGHT be into.
But they are INTELLIGENCE agencies and a KEY factor of intelligence is protection of the chief assets: Intellectual Property.
Something Hollywood has clearly lost TOTAL respect for.
Which makes the mission of these agencies that much more complicated AND important in the attempt to preserve and reinforce the continued respect of life and free will.

By being VERY good at deception. Put some good Nazi experience on your resume and show that you are a willing participant in killing Americans and they will LOVE you!
