to find out what is involved with dance all you got to do is go to a dance recitle or show or something. that way you can take notes on all the important stuff that happens and that should give you a little more information about dancing for your report

You have to have heart ans passion for dance. it is a learned activity but it is not something that you can do gracefully with out passion or the heart and drive to do it.
