I really want to watch it with my husband but i really want to watch it right now. do i wait for him and watch it later or lie and tell him i havent seen it, I am a decent liar, but he will worm his way out if i go ahead without him. I think lying might be the way to go

I always go ahead and watch the movie,,, b/c my husband will fall asleep anyway.LOL
I think it mostly up to the fact does he want to watch the movie with you?? A special time together..
I don't think he would mind if you go ahead a watch it,, you always watch it again with him,, Sometimes you miss parts the 1st time around..
P.S. don't forget the popcorn

If you REALLY wanna see it and just CAN'T wait, then go ahead and watch it and just do say anything when he comes home to watch it with you. If the movie turns out to be a flop then wait till about half way through before letting him know that the movie is boring you. And he never needs to know :) .

Both of these choices are what you want. You said "I want to watch it with my husband" and "I want to watch it right now."
So if your husband is ambivalent on seeing it, do the one you would enjoy most. And there is no need to lie about anything. Watch it again with him if you want to. I don't think it would hurt his happiness to know you already watched it IF he asks. (You know, you don't just have to offer up lies for no good reason... very unhealthy.)
So enjoy it and have fun. There is no law that says a person can't come home and enjoy a good movie by themselves. I love those mornings.

Just be patient and wait for him. Overcome the desire to watch it by maybe watching a different dvd you like right now instead

what dvd is it? If it doesn't interest him, you will be disappointed if you wait and he doesn't feel like watching it or falls asleep during the movie.
Call and ask: if he says he wants to see it, then wait.

Why can't you just have self control and wait.? You will be glad you did. Call it your date movie and sit together and watch it together and wait for the scenes to unfold.
