Talk about how you've matured, things you have done that have helped you to become a more rounded person (clubs you're involved in, jobs you do, any volunteer work that you engage in) and what people have helped you to grow as a person. You can also talk about how various current events have helped your understanding of the world and human nature.
Get your English teacher to give you a hand and go over the essay when you're done.

You've got to be kidding. If you can't even do the application essay, you'll never be able to do the work.
