The table of words isn't all that important. The main reason the military uses words for letters is because they can't always count on being able to be clearly understood on a radio with weapons fire in the background.

Just pick an easy word for each letter. Y could be young, or yellow.

K could be kelvin, or killer. You get the idea.

But like a lot of factoid questions on here, a search with a search engine could yield so much quicker results.
