Go to the ER. It could be appendicitis.

if it has been hurting for more than 24 hrs. I would see a Dr. or go to the E.R. There are at least 25 things I can think of off the top of my head that it could be. Could be trapped gas or you haven't moved your bowels enough in a few days or could be IBS, Obstruction, you could be impacted, appendicitis(although this is not usually dead in the stomach hurt) ulcer, colitis, etc.

go to the ER Had a friend with the same problem and they had a blockage in their intestines and han to get their appendix removed
