When you are at Google or Yahoo, the fill in the blank field is part of a FORM. Just go to the TOOLS menu and pick INTERNET OPTIONS. Then go to the CONTENT section, and click on the AutoComplete button. At that point, you can hit the CLEAR FORMS button.
Good luck and Happy Computing!

While on the Internet, click on Tools, Internet Options and at the bottom of that box is a place to click Clear History. Click on that and the history will be emptied. It would be a good idea while you are there, to limit keeping history to 2-3 days, not the 20 day default. If you do that, then click on apply then OK and close the box.

Well go to google, right, or yahoo, or which ever or whatever you want and then enter in the search bar "How to clear search engine history" HINT:- You usually have to download software, that costs money.

When you start to type something in the search bar, there might be something that says, "Clear History". But I've tried looking too, and I didn't seem to find anything that said that. Go ahead and try though.
