I am looking at any help that I can get looking for me missing son. I have contacted the police in Surrey and Vancouver, as well as I have been incontact with some of the shelter and have even walked the streets of down town Vancouver. We have placed missing person flyers up in some of the missions, and places where they can go and get mealsand can possilby get a bed for the night if wanted.. But they never seem to stay up long with all the missing people out there.
His name is Charles Andrews and he is 21 yrs old, I want to be able to see him again and let him know that he is loved, and missed alot,,and does have a home that he can come to. We have had no real contact with him for 2 yrs. But he was aparentley seen on TV with the protest about the old Woodwards building earlier this month, and we did go staright down town to see if he was still in the area, but also once again had no luck.
Please if anyone can give me more suggestions on what I can do, I would appreciate any help

flyers, not only in missions, put them on poles, stores buggies at as many large retail and grocery stores as possible. take out adds in the newspaper with his photo-a whole page if possible. homeless people tend to know alot more if you offer them a couple of dollars. posting flyers in some of the missions may help, obviously they havn't thus far. the best thing u can do is pray. GOD is always listening, he can show u the way to your son it just might take a while. Good luck and I will pray for your son and your family that he will come home safely.

my suggestion is that you pay a professional and do a small web page about your son -- your web page should attract young people like your son...and put music and some current events of interest to the 21 yrs. old...this way....people who might have bumped into him...might come along your way too....it is less costly and less time consuming than going door to door...while you advertise and promote your web site...there is in the background your heartfelt story about your son with whom you wish to re-connect. hope it helps.

Since he is an adult and can go where he wants to, and there is no suspicion of foul play, I believe this would be a low law enforcement priority.

You may need to hire a private investigator to find him, as this is personal.

Sounds like hes getting something out of his system, going through a certain stage in his life. Leave him alone and he`ll come home.
