A few months ago something changed for me. I will be 39 this month (Jan) and this summer I started having dreams of being pregnant. I take a low level anti-depressant and that kills the sex drive at times. My husband is on board now (are men ever really ready?), but I'm having a tough time waiting each month. We've been trying since November. My Dr. says we need to 'try' for 6 months before giving me Clomid. I feel like this is what has been missing and now that I've realized it, I'm a bit impatient. I've already started nesting, taking yoga, vitamins, and eating very healthy. Anyone else out there going through this too or is it just me?

YES! Tons of women are! I suggest a great website called FertilityFriend.com. It can help you chart your cycles and get a better idea of what's going on with your body, plus they have many different message boards with lots of women to support you that are going through the same thing as you! There is truly only a three day window you can conceive each month! And every doctor I've ever been to says that it can take a normal, completely healthy couple 9 - 12 months to conceive. I don't know if I would jump straight to Clomid at 6 months when there could be NOTHING wrong with you! Good luck!

Hello - I can really help you and your husband. What you both
need to do is go out and but the Ovulation Kit called FIRST RESPONSE. What this kit does it tests your urine the very first
thing in the morning and when it turns BLUE then you can have a baby. It really works as my time clock was ticking away. I have three healthy boys to prove it. So Good Luck!!! It doesn't give you gender it gives you a baby.

Trust me your not alone. I am 31 and 7 weeks pregnant with my third child, I had 2 miscarriages before and it killed me to have to wait and try again. I felt consumed with trying to get pregnant again. I used www.mymonthlycycles.com to predict my ovulation and it worked everytime. Good Luck.
