I have a few dollars and I dress down a lot. Before Christmas I was in a store at the mall , the sales clerk did not know me, I was looking at an item as a gift and this snippy young prissy person approached me and told me I could not afford the item !! I said " I BEG YOUR PARDON?" just loud enough for the manager to hear She came over and I told her I was about to purchase the item [ it cost $500.00} from her store but her employee was rude so I would go else where. I returned to the store the next day with a receipt from another store for the item. Needless to say the snippy clerk no longer works there. Moral to this story don't judge people by what they wear cause you never know. A lot of people I know who have a lot of money don't flaunt it !

then i would judge most everyone poorly because i think in general the style of dress today, especially for women, is sloppy, unflattering and down right ugly
and since i am smart enough to know it's the "style" i don't judge them..i just wish people would care more about their appearance and wear something other than jeans and t's or jeans and sweatshirts...it's boring

I naturally judge people initially from everything I first notice about them. I'm pretty sure everyone else does too, whether it makes a big impression or a small one.

Yes I do. I hope people don't judge me by the way I dress because they would probably think I'm really frumpy.

I can honestly say I don't. I have friends that all look very different and my style changes so much so why would I judge others.

Do i judge their personality and/or character? No. Will I talk about how they look and whether its bad or good? Most definitely.

To some extent, yes. I hate grungy dirty looking clothes or the goth look. I don't care about fancy labels but look neat and clean at least.

I MIGHT judge you by the way you smell, though. If you smell bad, I'll wonder if you're poor.... I wouldn't laugh at you, though.
