It's about a young director fresh out of film school that had a burst of inspiration while playing Grand Theft Auto. He gets an idea for a movie that nowhere in the history of movies has happened: snakes on a plane. He goes out and spends millions on a film and advertising only to reek in the box office. And his only satisfaction is seeing people make jokes about the title.
And it invovles a plane and snakes somewhere.

A group of super motivated and intelligent snakes disillusioned with the current direction of society band together to perform an international protest action that will shock collective nations and send a message to snake arnachist throughout the world. Riding his motorcycle in Hawaii, Sean Jones witnesses the brutal murder of a prosecutor. When the villains come to take out Sean, Agent Nelville Flynn comes to his rescue. In order to protect Sean for the trip back to L.A., Flynn takes over the entire First Class section of Pacific Air Flight 121. Displeased First Class passengers aside, the flight is uneventful until hundreds of angry, poisonous snakes are released into the cabin. Once the snakes begin attacking, it is up to Agent Flynn and Sean to keep the plane in the air and save as many passengers as they can.
