Your question is not clear. pre-ejaculation is a little semen that comes out before you ejaculate. It can make a woman pregnant. That's why "pull out" doesn't work. There isn't any way to stop pre ejaculation however there are ways to cure premature ejaculation. Thre are many books on the subject and you can practice some of the techniques
