It's pretty easy really, all you got to do is get a "splitter", pop it in at the wall box, and run the phone lines from it to the computers.
Now you understand you can't have both 'puters online at the same time. But you can use both computers like this.
You have to have two separate telephone service lines for that.

I'm assuming the two computers are networking together:
It really depends on your ISP. If you dial in using the windows dialer, sharing is very easy. Just turn on Internet Connection Sharing.
If you use a dialer from your isp, windows most likely won't be able to share this by default, so you will have to use a third party program to set up a proxy on the computer connecting to the net. I like http://www.analogx.com/contents/download/network/proxy.htm , which is free. Once you have this running, the other computers can access the net through this proxy, but you will have to set each application on the other computers to use this proxy (theres documentation with the program on how to do this)

You can use a splitter to split the phone line into two and then connect the two computers to nternet, this will slow down the internet speed a lot, as you already are on dial up.
You can go for broadband or wireless and use a router to connect 2 computers to internet.

Not at the same time. You shouldn't even have one PC on dialup, let alone two. Get a job.

You must run another phone wire, from your phone jack to your other computer.
