If your computer is blocking pop-ups from links that you're clicking on and not the automatic kind it might not be Norton, check that your browser has block pop-ups turned on and if you have either or both yahoo or Google bars installed they will also block pop-ups though they are a little smarter in most cases, you may want to click allow pop-ups when your on the site where you want pop-ups. Other than that check to make sure you have java script enabled. Lastly if that doesn't work check your security options for the site, if it's in the "Internet" zone, which is indicated at the bottom of IE. You should see a globe icon followed by a zone name - "Internet". Double click the zone Icon and add the site to your "Trusted Sites" zone, if you trust the site. By default you can't add a site that isn't secure "https://". You can change this by checking the "Require server verification (https:)..." option. This is of course a security risk you should not take lightly, since from now on you must be very careful what you add to the "Trusted" zone because you can't be sure the site is legit and verified by a third party, such as Verisign, Thwate or other secure server certificate service provider.
