I am not as handsome as Blair, but I am more beautifull than the most beautifull girl you have ever seen. I am also a depressed, geeky, smart, 14 year old girl. Hey, the world could do with some childish innocence, right..right..? (shifty eyes )

Hmm, I plan to make smoking in public buildings illegal (you can smoke out doors and in your house though) also, I will divide the world into 100 parts, each with a small government (democracy) that will be run rather like how th United States is (ideally) run. (same system, but without the current flaws) that I will have control over. i will raise the punishment for rape and child molestion. Freedom of religion, and freedom of religious preaching will be aloud. Abortion will be illegal unless the mother meets either of the following two conditions A)she was raped or B) doctors agree that if the baby is not aborted it is highly likely (I would have to work that out in better details) the mother can die. If she meets one of those 2 conditions, she can if she chooses abort.
