Even though this question is really just an effort to fuel redundant arguments, it poses an interesting question.
Is "equality" really equality when there are elements of society and culture that cater to specific groups that were previously slighted by older cultures? In this day and age, is "being in a minority" really enough of a disadvantage in society to warrant special considerations and privileges?
Looking at the matter from a more broad perspective, it appears that a form of segregation still exists, except the pendulum has swung the other way and now minorities are receiving more than "the majority".
Think on it.

Always start with a topic ou know the other person is interested in and knows a lot about. This way you start off and the other person to your surprise will take over the conversation.

I am a progressive bleeding heart liberal and have no problem with your Idea.
And let me tell you why.I realizes that a right winged nut job like yourself doesn't have much going on upstairs.You gonna need all the help you can get to get your 4 year degree in 8 years,that will take a lot of money.
