Sounds to me like you have pretty much covered all bases. You are about as safe as you can be -- you can't be too careful. Keep up the good work.
In Yahoo Mail, I have my options set to display the full header instead of brief. This way, when I receive notice that I won $million in a Nigerian lottery, I select the whole message, copy, open compose, and paste into the message box. I then send it on to a site dedicated to closing abuse and phishing. You might want to add this to your list of considerations.

You are looking fairly good. But I would consider a couple of things that will prevent malware in the first place. Neither consumes computer resources.
1. SpywareBlaster

2. IE-SPYAD

Prevention is better than cure!

There is no computer that is safe. It seems pretty safe. If you want to be safe, you can doing the following. Take out the internet connection when you are not using it, and unplug your computer.
Pros: Keeps your computer safe when you are not using it.
Cons: Time consuming to put the power and internet cables back.

It looks like you have a handle on all important points. All that I would have suggested you have already mentioned as being up to date and taken care of.
Nice work! Although nothing can guarantee 100% that you will not get any virus/ad ware/spy ware, you have done all that you possibly could to better your chances that this will not occur.

most virus are spread through IE. IE is not a safe browser. you should use a more secure browser to protect your PC from virus.
i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can block any any popup and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE browser. as you know, most of virus spread throught internet and webpage.
besides, firefox is much smaller than IE, so it run faster than IE.
download firefox for free, Just have a try:
