Or not? I have to say that i think not. The way the characters speak to each other and the general lack of respect is appalling. Let alone that there doesnt ever seem to be a faithful couple! By the way, did you see the graffiti in the loo in tonight's episode...'Walford W*nkers' (but there was no star blocking out the A!). Before someone points out that i don't need to watch if i don't like it, i know that! I am just commenting on whether you think it is truly suitable viewing for children.

i wouldn't say it is but as long as kids are brought up in the right way by their parents i don't think it has a huge influence on them to be honest for me personally it just gives me something to talk about every now and then

Hi Faith. I think it's depressing. I don't watch it so therefore can't comment on the 'addictiveness' of the storylines ... but what I can say is that whenever I have seen bits of it - I've never seen any humour or wryness - just trouble and strife ... and dark interiors!

People must like it - the viewer ratings say that - but I'd prefer to live in Coronation Street any day!

As for kids being influenced by it ... for sure ... if they're forced to sit through it! If I had kids I'd be worried about them growing up as manic depressives!!!

No.It is an appalling programme and an insult to people of the East End. Everyone is either killing, fighting or shouting at each other. Totally unreal and nasty TV.

that crap is paid for by us when we get our tv licence , its poor acting by people who probably are just being themselves , a constant barrage of filth and demeaningness portrayed by all , these people would not be out of place on the Jeremy Kyle show , which is probably an audition for it . A program deliberatly set out to keep the promotion of ignorance above education , and we are paying for this ,half of them could probably not read what w**ker says anyway
