More like the crazy story with anime cut scenes. Im in the middle of it now and am blow away by the story and how it looks. Got any similar games?

the closest bet would be the other Gamecube cult-classic, Eternal Darkness: Sanity's Requiem. It has a great story and is probably ever bit as surreal as Killer7. If you could appreciate the story and nature of Killer7 you'd appreciate Eternal Darkness just as much.
The only problem is its hard to find. Granted, if you can find it you wouldn't pay more than $15 for it. If you get desperate, eBay is always a viable solution.
