I think just like any other job you apply directly or go to a recruiting agency and they will no the needful for a fee.

If you want to be the president of india you should attach your birth certificate indicating that you are from a minoriety or the scheduled caste.

Then contact Sonia Gandhi and take a solmn oath of loyalty to her personally and the congress party.

You must be a citizen of that country, and you need a certain number of signatures from people agreeing to your candidateship for presidency. This must be done before the election time, of course.

By this time you will be tackled, mission accomplished, and now everyone will be aware of the "new sheriff in town."

u have to be born there, at least 35 years old, and i think also that you have to have lived in the us for at least 14 years, though i am not sure if it is the last 14 years, or at least 14 years altogether.
