Think of a clothing label that you are interested in re-selling and contact the company directly to re-sell their item. Thats how it generally works. Using the internet is a good start. Whichever site you go to, there is an option for "retailers" most of the time with contact info for a representative.
Good luck in your business venture.

You will definitely find better prices with online wholesalers. I haven't used them myself, but I heard good things about SaleHoo. I also checked their BBB record and they're very clean. Looks like a dependable place to do business with. Their wholesale prices are off the walls btw, especially on clothes. With some items I see a profit margin of more than 200%! Take a look: http://tinyurl.com/ykwnqe
To see their BBB record click on the BBB logo at the bottom of their website.
Good luck and I hope that helps you :)
