Yes.
I knew a competitive weightlifter (we were good friends). He used steroids and the advantage was incomparable to when before he used them.
The down side is he is now past his prime, looks terrible, lost all the strength (lots turned to fat) and has health complications.

steroids make you a lot stronger, but they really mess up your horomones. guys grow breasts, get higher voices, and girls get lower voices and start to grow facial hair. freaky stuff.

Yes they work, but If you stop taking them you will shrink back to normal size. Also I have heard it makes men's you know what shrink.
