HELP I WAS PLAYING WITH MY AIRSOFT GUN OUTSIDE IM 13 AND MY NEIGHBOR AND HIS FRIEND WERE OUTSIDE I STARTED SHOOTING A TARGET AND HIS FRIEND THOUGHT I HAD A REAL GUN SO HE WENT HOME AND TOLD HIS MOM AND SHE PHONNED THE POLICE AND THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE AND YELLED AT ME AND MY DAD YELLED AT ME TOOK MY GUN AND AMMO AND NOW IM GROUNDED WHAT SHOULD I TOOK I COULD BE ARRESTED

You're 13, old enough to know better. My dad would have given me a beating so consider yourself lucky. The guy above is right... if this is the worst thing that happens to you, you're doing OK.

I am 31, and when I was 13, we didn't have "Airsoft" guns (I hate that word "airsoft").
We had BB guns and Pellett Guns. Becausee that's what they are. There's nothing soft about them. Just ask my sister, I shot her in the knee when I was 13 because I told her not to move or I will shoot. Well she moved, and stupid me for some reason believed that if I pointed the gun at the ground the BB would stick in the ground and not hit her.
Well maybe that would be true if we were on a grass field, but we were not, we were standing on our cement driveway.
So back to my story, I told her not to move, she moved, so I shot the BB gun at her, and it ricocheted off the cement ground into her knee cap. She was crying and wailing, so my dad came out of the house and smashed my Red Ryder BB Gun into ten pieces.
I collected the BB Gun pieces and I buried it that night in the back yard. My sister felt bad and said, wow I can't believe that dad smashed your Gun like that.

That's what you get being 13 and no grown ups around while you were playing with a loaded weapon. Be glad you were only grounded and that no one you were shooting around got struck by one of your bullets and is now dead and you looking at a long time in jail. At 13 if this is the worst thing that has happened to you then you are very lucky. Stop whining you acted like an adult now take the punishment like an adult.

kid you're screwed. you won't be arrested, you did not hing illegal but your dad was right to take that gun away. if you aren't careful you're going to get the sport banned, it's kids like you that aren't careful with their guns, carry them in public, and in general do stupid stuff with their guns that gives airsofters a bad name. i hope your dad dosen't give that gun back and i hope you don't get a new one, go take up paintball or better yet, buy yourself a nerf gun.
