Depends on what you believe Bush is "responsible" for. If you mean the mess we're in in Iraq, Bush told us early on that he surrounded himself with the so-called 'experts' . thus he basically let them make all of HIS decisions. Everyone knows that the neocons are responsible for convincing Bush to invade Iraq,,and we all know that the neocons have backed out of that venture because it hasn't been at all successful. We also know that Israel receives billions of dollars from the U.S. and that that practice is likely to continue. What Israel doesn't seem to realize however, is that the U.S. is using Israel....Israel NEEDS U.S. aid, weapons, money. The U.S. needs Israel to keep their foot in the Middle East, and to perhaps fight for the U.S.
The next president will enter the Oval office with an overflowing plate, full of Bush's mistakes.

Liberals always want to blame everything on Bush. It's easier to point the finger at someone than to actually fix the problem. Also, the finger is usually pointed at the wrong person.

Bush is a neocon. He may not be the first.....but he is and represents the most extreme and blatant form.

it looks like if a pres does not tell you he smoked but never inhaled,or that he has never had sexual relations with that woman while sending our troops to afghanastan, then he is not doing a good job.
