Create a portfolio with all your best designs.
Apply for a fashion design internship. The "Intern Abroad Program" has fashion internships in Florence, Italy for a duration of 5-8 weeks.

Generally, you will need to have some basic skills before applying to a well known fashion and design school, perhaps either some individual work, like having a clothing store on etsy or eBay, or taking a few college courses on design during a summer. I know most of the more accredited design schools will require a resume featuring some work you have done. Even working as a costume designer for a community play house might help.

I don't think you need to go to school. just ask ur g-ma how to sew. lol. and making necklaces and jewerly is easy too. make a buisness plan and heap the profits.
