Peter Abbay(born May 3, 1966) plays the mysterious unseen Banker on NBC's hit game show, Deal or No Deal. He also appeared on several TV shows, such as House as a cab driver, Punk'd as a Mob Boss, and Another World as Logan. He recently co-starred in the independent film Manhattan Minute.

i don't know. they don't show him. i don't think he is just anybody though. he might be the creator of the show.
